This app is great! I usually get really bad jet lag when I fly and it ruins the first couple of days of my trip. I discovered this app and thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy I did! It helped me leave jet lag in the past and never look back. Now I can’t fly without using this. Sometimes I even listen when I’m not flying, because it’s very relaxing and it centers me.
