I loved listening to my sleep stories for the longest time. But, when I started using the rest of the app for dailies and music and grounding techniques in my daily life, everything got better! I now start each therapy session (I’m the therapist) with a calm app grounding exercise and my clients of all ages love it!

A lot of times when I open the app to do a daily calm there’s no scene or scene volume and I can’t change it anywhere because it already says the scene is on and the volume is up

Just start with 5 minutes. It could change your life.

I’ve only had this app for a few days, and I when I purchased the app I didn’t really have the money to spend on it but my intuition nudged me to buy it. Let me just say that I honestly couldn’t have spent my money any wiser. This app is amazing. I’m currently going through a lot of stuff so im constantly in fight or flight a this app does miracles. I’ll just want to say thank u to the creator/creators!!!!!
