Price is not fixed on taxi options, be aware of some drivers aren’t local and can get lost just like you and me, if your destination will involve highway and anticipating heavy traffic ,look for a fixed price alternative.

They are cheaper in most instances than other apps. App doesn’t allow to change destination and driver and company might suggest to get off at that moment and call another driver, I was in the middle of the highway 😂. Phone customer service is not equipped or trained enough to answer simple questions without putting you on hold, and because they don’t listen, you have to explain your problem 2 to 3 times. Drivers are the best of this company, rating 4

Many times the app can not find driver (esp Hala Taxi), many times it cancels and still charges my credit card.
It’s confusing and difficult to keep tab on my changes.
Next time, I’d prefers Uber since it always shows up on time.
