Like many others, locked out of the game and have contacted support to help and received nothing.
Update: received a message asking about assisting to fix the problem. I said yes and then haven’t heard anything back.
Update 2: it’s really frustrating to be ignored when trying to receive help.

This is ridiculous… I’ve been playing quite sometime. Managed to actually accrue enough to withdraw. So I thought. It seems that ALL of it ended up as Bonus money!!!!!! I’ve only played REGULAR games, that were not bonus anything…. As of right now I have OVER $80 ready to withdraw, YET ONLY $4.00 is actually available???? That’s a RIP OFF. I haven’t played any bonus anything. How, do u separate the bonus from regular!??? I would like my $80…. I might have to just stop playing and delete this app
