The application has started working again. I suppose the developers recognized the issue we were having and corrected the bug. It would have been nice for them to acknowledge the issue, however.
It worked great for a month or so but started responding with an “incorrect api error” every time I submitted a query. I have reached out twice to support but have had no response. When I try to have Apple refund my annual payment, Apple states that there are no qualified purchases so

So far so good. I would really appreciate to evaluate the application further to give you an accurate review. I do plan on coming back and updating my written review once i’ve been able to evaluate the whole application instead of being asked for you a review before I’ve been able to review the whole application. but as I said, so far, I like the and I hope it continues to live up to what it says it can do. Thank you I’ll be looking forward to putting up a second review.

Besides chats proclivity for making false statements, I have a reoccurring issue that leaves me unable to use the app at all for extended period time I’ve removed the app and re-downloading. Now the first time this happened. I wasn’t able to use the app for nearly 3 weeks if they can’t clear this issue up before my annual renewal is up in April I will likely not be renewing
