I made an account and for some reason my login credentials isn’t working. I tried to make a new account but because my phone number is already connected to another account it’s not allowing me to move forward. Any recommendations on what to do next? I hear good things about the app.

I created my Chatter account yesterday and the app has been sooooooooo buggy (iOS). It constantly freezes or displays error messages when I attempt to enter or leave a room. There have also been times when I was invited to speak, accepted the invitation, and still wasn’t able to hear any of the speakers. In these cases, I couldn’t even see my avatar in the room. What’s going on Chatter? Can you please update the app to resolve these issues??? Thanks!
