My only suggestion would be a black mode with no color, only tracking markers.

I thought this was an app to determine proper illumination of my green or blue screen. But it’s just tracking markers and there are free apps for that. Not to mention a piece of tape. However? I’ll give it a good review because it’s my fault I didn’t realize what I was buying and while I have not used it, it seems like it will work okay. Probably better than a roll of tape.
