I really love this game but am giving it a 2 star because the customer service is sooo bad! There have been multiple times where I have had friends add themselves with my link (I am supposed to receive a set amount of dice when this happens) and I never receive my dice. It has happened multiple times. The response I receive back from customer service is “We see that they didn’t use your link”. This has not been true and is unfair.
Another reason I am giving a 2 star is because today, I literal

It’s a fun game but it crashes so often I lose bonuses, coins, and rolls that I think I would be further into it if it hadn’t crashed so often. Everything is updated, my phone is almost new and has the updated systems, my internet can be spotty but this is the only app I have that crashes this much.
