This app used to have an awesome shopping list feature that compiled the ingredients for your selected meals and you could add other stuff too, like laundry detergent etc. But with the newer update, it’s terrible. It’s almost impossible to find the shopping list in the app (go to the meal plan page) and when you do find it, if you want to add anything to it, it puts the entire meal plan on it for the week instead of allowing you to pick your meals. Delicious recipes, informative videos, meal plans, grocery lists, encouragement and so much more than I have seen anywhere else in an app or a website. I highly recommend! I can promise you won’t be disappointed.

Not sure how accurate this is. Almond flour has a lot of carbs and some recipes call for a lot of it and then claim it’s low carb. I’m skeptical

Recipes are good but when changing out a recipe on the menu it keeps changing it on 2 weeks not just the date selected and kept messing up my menu changing it for the other week as well, I’d change back and it kept changing both weeks at same time, pain in n the butt, finally just had to not use actual App for dinners but written menu

I finally decided to go to diet doctor plus & got the app. I’m super excited for all the extras. My only “issue” is I wish I could limit suggestions based on food allergies. I do appreciate being able to limit by dairy free, nut free, & egg free, but would also love to limit my couple of allergy foods, like with key words.
