Not able to play. Keeps on freezing up.

The game always seems to freeze after I have used a special boost. There are times that I have completed a hard level, game freezes I have to redo the level and lost the power I used.

I’m a senior citizen,I play this game every day. I used to decorate the rooms. But I deleted the game and started over and stay in the castle entrance. I just play the levels because I don’t like the back and fourth From the room to the garden and back again. It also doesn’t take space are battery life from my phone. 🤔 A tip I learned. If the screen freezes are shakes, swipe it off the phone and the game will reload.

I like this game but it has some things to work out still for as long as it has been around. Need to work on when the game freezes not taking my game attempt and also it always happens when I have used one of my bonus tool and of course when it freezes it takes that too. Very frustrating.
