User Reviews and Ratings
★★★★★Better quality
I think that’s this app is way faster then latch and that it opens the door for way longer for me to reach it.
★★☆☆☆Frustrating
It lags when you open the app, and it lags when you try to open the door. Plus, why is the button to unlock so small??? There should be an option to make it big. It’s literally the only thing I need to use in this app—so please make it easy to press.
★★★★☆Font size need adjustment
Font size needs to do auto resizing. Latch app widget is good but in door, fonts are bigger and it is trimming from last . This is happening with 2x1 size window. 1x1 and 4x4 is good.
★★☆☆☆It’s a downgrade
I had Latch, now Door. Door isn’t any simpler; its interface looks more cheesy; unlike Latch, the app frequently loses connection with my watch; and there is still no dark mode. Development appears laggard. Okay okay, sometimes Door unlocks doors faster than Latch…that’s it.
★★★★☆Door access time delay
When using the app to unlock an access door, circumstances can prevent you opening the door. For example, if you're carrying an infant in one arm, and you use your phone to unlock the door at the sensor, the door will re-lock as soon as you try to reach for the door. Note: the sensor is approximately 2 feet from the door handle.
