Works exactly as described. Need to download the app first, pay one dollar. Once you download the app and connect to your bike and send info to eMax. The response time was really fast. They Sent over the access code, downloaded it and it worked awesome! I have not made any changes to the power or torque settings. I just changed the wheel size and bike does well over 30 miles an hour!

Markus and his team are amazing. They were super responsive when I installed the app, and recently they helped me troubleshoot a wiring harness issue, and the advice was 100% accurate, he found the problem right away. They answer emails quickly and 24/7 support. Highly recommended!
