Why are EMT València and EMT ticket two separate applications? Fold them into one useful app instead of two semi useless ones.

When the app works it’s fantastic. Unfortunately, it doesn’t more that 75% of the time I try to use it. I had removed it and uploaded it several times and doesn’t make a difference. It is so great when it works but so frustrating since it doesn’t most of the time.
