★★☆☆☆Forced to update and crashes constantly
Forced to update the app today and it crashed immediately.
Further, while not directly the app itself, the interface offers many filtering options for prior dates and they almost always have data “not available”. What I lost want from this app is my most recent energy usage: the last 45 days, and access to older facturas. In the case of the recent energy use, it’s almost always too delayed or was available and then when it becomes that 10 day period or so before they issue a new billl it’s sud
★★☆☆☆Not happy
We were gone for several months in the winter, yet our electricity usage was still high. Upon returning we wanted to check the electricity usage in real time I read online that I should be able to check realtime electricity usage through the app, but when I try, it never works. In the past, I was able to see daily usage from the previous bills, but now that’s also not working.

Para ver las facturas está muy bien, pero no aparece la posibilidad de ver consultas online o reclamaciones online realizadas. En cambio por web sí que está.

Lo de siempre en España. Una basura que no funciona y un desprecio absoluto hacia el ciudadano.
Encima en las facturas te cobran el iva sobre algunos impuestos. Ladrones del PPSOE

La APP acepta el prefijo telefónico de Estados Unidos pero cuando introduces el número de 10 cifras entonces avisa de que el número no es correcto. Imposible crear tu cuenta en la aplicación.
