My only complaint is that my ear canals were perfectly clean. I was hoping to see lots of gunk 😂
The Bluetooth instructions were wrong, I just had to go into my bluetooth and then their Bluetooth connection showed up and I clicked and it connected. The instructions said to go into privacy settings and then network settings.

My iPhone doesn’t want me to use the connection to the app due to breach of security re passwords, credit card info etc. I wasted my money on this tool if I can’t use it.
