One issue is that the app keeps on logging me out at the most inappropriate times. They also don't update the platform information so when I get to a station, it's chaos. It's a little cumbersome to use not very intuitive. Perhaps they should post a quick instructional video? I had to watch YouTube. To figure out how to use it. Face ID? No. Apple Wallet? No. Apple Pay …. well it says on the website that I can use it, but it NEVER WORKED WITH ANY CANADIAN OR AMERICAN CARDS. Not clear what the testing process looked like. More fundamentally it would really nice not to have to re-enter contact information every time I purchase a seat reservation. i.e. don’t throw me out to a website. There is the potential for this to be extremely useable, but due to lack resources, talent, or both it is stuck in mediocrity.

I’ve heard that I could be buggy but I didn’t experience any of that and I was able to plan and book all my rides through the app, my criticism is when your looking at the map you should be able to select a specific train stop and not have to look it up again. All around great

It is somewhat confusing as you can’t use multiple devices at the same time like laptop, phone and tablet to make it easier to plan.
