★★★☆☆ Just can’t Import my Music Into Software

I am just so frustrated with this app. It seems great and ready to go, but I just can’t get my music imported into app either from iCloud or external drive on either my iPhone or iPad. I get some into app, but now it seems nothing!!! Now the import just crashes or it does something and I have no more albums in the app than before! There is no way it should be this hard. It seems I cannot import folders and into app as I get no permission errors. I will reach out to support but I am sure that wil
