This game play amazing but if your phone dies while playing you lose all your progress or if you transfer to another account you lose all your progress it doesn’t have the Gmail or something you can link to so you can just login your account and play

Are y’all genuinely that cheap that you refuse to create an actual server for peoples accounts to be saved on? There’s no excuse for everyone and their mother to be losing their save data in a MOBILE game with a decent server. I really love the game itself, but despise the owners for not taking measures to create better account security for their users. Especially when real money gets thrown at this game. Use that money to upgrade your servers and be done with these bad reviews…

I lost my progress as the save data on a account will be unrecoverable should the device have the game crashing before I could reach the upload. Without being able to store copies in an account, I cannot move my data to a device that won’t crash. I reached out to support, but their response is that I can recover my account…on that device that the app constantly crashes. Now I no longer have that device, my progress is gone. Thus, it’s a shame I lost my months worth of progress as I’ll have to gr
