This app has been very useful for me over the years. As noted in some of the other reviews in a response from the developer, this was built around the rules that were in place up through 2018 and it has been very accurate and very helpful. I hope the developer updates this to reflect the new 2019 rules as I will continue to use this app. I’ve been very pleased.
