★★★★★I love this app!
This app makes me feel better about myself. Like I’m actively working on myself but it’s gently encouraging rather than telling me I’m a failure every time I fall of a routine. I have ADHD and can often beat myself up for all of the mistakes I make but this app makes me feel more compassionate and patient towards myself. I’m only human and it’s okay to make mistakes and if you “fail” at something that doesn’t mean that you aren’t good enough or that you have to give up. This app encourages self-

I love it. Just started, though, so I will update you in a few weeks with a more informed opinion.
