okay i love this app, i love the bracelets and i love being able to track an animal! there is one thing though. i’ve had this app since 2023 and back then when my turtles tracer wasn’t working they would offer to give me a new one for free but now when i go into one of my animals and see that the tracer isn’t working anymore it makes me pay for a new bracelet which i think is very annoying since i already paid for the first one! otherwise i love the app and all the animals we are able to choose

2025 update: I love that they have red pandas and you don’t have to buy a bracelet, but you get a card. I still just want to make a donation and I don’t need anything in return, just the option to track an animal…. No bracelet, no plushie, no card, nothing. I would track 100 animals if I could just donate without getting anything in return!! Please. Bring that option in the future!! I would love the option to pay to track an animal, but without buying a bracelet or plushie.
