FastEasy: Intermittent Fasting

By the sounds of it, people love your app. Well, I can’t remember where the advertisement was for “Fasteasy” that I saw, but I did sign up for it. I forgot about it, never used it and I realized at the beginning of July that you were charging $38.99/mo! I sent an email to stop my subscription on 7/7/25 and there was a charge again on 7/21/25 for $38.99. I resent an email at the end of July to please cancel my subscription, but never heard if you indeed canceled it. So, I’ve learned that it is

I use FastEasy every day. I love having the immediate feedback as to where I am in time. Additionally, I like knowing the benefits I’m receiving as I proceed along the 16 hour timeline. I don’t track hydration or food intake, but I could. The 7 minutes of exercise is easy to do and fun. My wife just got the app today and is starting. I feel supported in my Intermittent Fasting program. And, I just completed my 301st fast! Lost 14 lbs. Thank you FastEasy!

This is my second time using this app. I love all that it offers from recipe ideas, explanation of where the body is during intermittent fasting, and ability to add up calories and meal intake. Thanks FastEasy!

Easy to use, easy to setup, very good resource of knowledge. I already started dropping weight. Drinking plenty of water is key!
