There’s no way to go back on it.

The app is slow and clunky. I tried to get it to open on the full Men’s country rankings. As the World Cup draws closer, this app could use some major retooling.

This app is just a waste of time, a lot of bugs and not easy to navigate. Seriously from a name like Fifa!!

Not a good UI/UX especially when tens of millions are accessing the site. Once a fan is logged into their account it should be easy to access tickets purchased or transferred. I was barely able to find how to accept WC tickets transferred to me! I had to go to the help menu for instructions. FIFA makes transferring tickets too complicated. They need to have a link called transfer/accept tickets once you’ve logged into your account. Not making fans have to go on a scavenger hunt to find ticket

The app mixes up date and time in trying to show the matches in local time - creating major confusion. While times are shown in local times, dates remain that of the match venues making the schedule really inaccurate and confusing. No feature to set the times to match venues. Hope these are basic stuff for a global organization. This has been fixed now - thanks. It misses basic features like points table. Another basic feature!!
