User Reviews and Ratings
★★☆☆☆ needs controller support
The decision to leave out controller support is baffling
★★★★★ Fantastic Overall with one Issue
I earned 38/39 achievements and it didn't give me the Master of V achievement for some reason. Did everything I could think of to see if it would trigger but never did. Still a great game from a great franchise!
★★★★☆ Almost A Definitive Edition
Sadly the Pixel Remaster doesn’t have the GBA bonus dungeons and 4 jobs (yet).
Without that additional content I sadly can’t call the Pixel Remaster a definitive edition. Though there is hope it will be added.
★★★☆☆ Bug: final achievement does not unlock
The "Master of V" achievement should unlock when you earned all other achievements, but it did not for me, so I'm stuck with it not working. Square Enix support directed me to Apple Support who directed me back to Square Enix. Clearly a bug in the game that needs to be fixed by the developer.
