Hi it's my first time doing exercise but I can't i don't know why

When I used this app in the past it use to come with meal plans for morning, day, and night! As well as, the different workouts. Now, I no longer see the meal plans as an option and I’m unable to fully customize my workouts !

I’ve been having some issues accessing the app. I have to delete it and download it again in order to open it. Please look into that for technical reasons. However the app is useful and beneficial for me when able to use it.

I found this semi helpful but unlike other apps you are not able to cancel in your subscription section on the phone. Baffled how to do this.
