The staff answered immediately helped me resolve my problem immediately they were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and this issue was resolved in less than five minutes and I very much appreciate it.

I only needed to park for 2-hours. I entered that at the top of the ‘map’ screen. In the next screen with the wheel - it automatically chose 13-hours. No amount of finagling the app would change that. I was only supposed to pay $2 for parking, instead I had to pay the flat day rate.

For something so simple as parking this app takes way too long to sign up and it’s buggy and fails to accept payment.
