It’s impossible to decipher what my check-in’s are anymore. It doesn’t pick up on where I am. It’s lost all its charm. And super sad as someone who has used it for over a decade to have all my check-ins go to waste

A couple updates ago I noticed all my newly added photos to check in were being shared with the whole world u less I go back manually to each check in and change the privacy setting. ON. EACH. PHOTO. MANUALLY!
There used to be a setting to make all your photos default to private, but that has been removed. BE WARNED.
This new update and UI has removed a lot of features that loyal users liked and want and need. Doesn’t seem like management is listening to the feedback.

I wish you would create a way that you could hide a photo even from friends. As of now if you want to keep the photo from being seen you have to make the entire post private. Sometimes you just want the photo private period.
