User Reviews and Ratings
★★☆☆☆Apple Watch
It does not seem to compatible with watches, I can not get it to send alarm to watch
★★★☆☆Painfully slow
After 3 months of using the new plus CGM and new app the performance got progressively worse to the point it would take 30 secs just to accept keystrokes and execute on the action. Support # was no help. Google searches said only way to resolve is delete and reinstall app to clear the logging. That’s what I had to do did… fix the app Abbott!
★★☆☆☆Failure to Scan
Unfortunately, the free-style lbre developers are using their clients as guinea pigs, 8 out of 10 sensors fail to scan. This is not acceptable. Spending tons of money and not getting results. Fix it
★★☆☆☆Amazing device, disappointing app
Considering the innovation, general look and how well made it is on the hardware side of things, I must say the app is terrible. No apple health intergration, no option to add a widget to homescreen, just absolutely no effort put in by the team to make the app as functional as possible for iOS. It is a shame since the device is very cool.
★★★☆☆Very confusing on how to be able to link
The Libre Apps required to connect and monitor a relative. There are too many apps. Also it is confusing to set up the link app. Whose name, birthdate is to be used to setup the person monitor? If it is for the person monitoring, why must it ask for my birthdate be. There need better instructions or links to a YouTube video on how to setup the apps.
freestyle apps unfortunately is not as advanced and flexible like Dexcom. They should look at the features for Dexcom.
