I paid for this app and at one point found it useful. In the recent update, the developer has removed functionality that it used to have access to. If I want those features back I now have to pay a subscription fee.
Thanks for providing NO update on these changes and making the paid app that I bought from you now less functional. I would not have updated the app if I knew you were going to make it essentially a downgrade.

I've updated the app, paid the new substitution fee, etc but the items I've watched aren't showing in the section where they should be present. When I attempt to reach out to the developer for assistance, clicking the email button leads to a dead end. I'm at a loss here - super frustrating.
