Sorry for a 4 star review. I wouldn’t say it’s too good to be true, or perfect. It’s pretty good it works as its told. The app has a bunch of different images and labels. The images turn out great at the end. And yeah black and white. I like that u can darken the blacks and whites a little. The printer doesn’t need ink, so no need for ink refills. Just paper refills. The box with the printer came with sticker sheets. I would recommend this to families. when u buy the printer u have to use the ap
