The app had all the game already when I first downloaded it. Paid for the subscription. And then it started crashing. I figured deleting it and redownloading it would help. Then when I redownloaded it and restored the purchase. There was no games anymore. I know I could go download the roms but it had already had games. And all my saved data was gone!
