★★☆☆☆ Very annoying
While it is convenient to have access to a broad fleet of cars, the experience using the app is pretty annoying. Especially when you need to contact support, which can take days instead of minutes.
Also, penalties on users are arbitrary and strictly enforced (ex. If you can’t find a parking spot within 500 meters, automatic €70 charge; if the owner decides they want more money, they can claim the vehicle is dirty even if it isn’t and the renter has no recourse).

The app and the service are great. The only downfall is the kilometer scheme. You have to specify kilometer usage before time and should you go over they really rip you off. And if you drive less they are lost. These companies just can’t help themselves praying on customers. Easy money at the expense of the users. Greed always gets the better of them. Very disappointing. Do better!

I was sooooooo happy when I find this app where you can rent Tesla cars (and other electric vehicles) for a reasonable price. Great experience with the app, the support and the car owner. Will user it again, for sure!
