I’ve used this app successfully for quite some time and all was well until I made a flight reservation while I was in Japan. It is so frustrating to see all ticketing info in Japanese (which I don’t read or speak). Even more frustrating is the fact that there is nowhere within the app to select a language. Contacting the company was very difficult because, again, everything was in Japanese. When I finally got someone to chat with me in my native language, their attitude was basically “that’s too
