Unable to get on the floor.

The app will show the workouts, play music, and display timeframe for exercises. However, when the workout is complete, it doesn’t sync with the Apple Watch to show credit for actually doing the workout.

Body is broken down at 48 after years of football and CrossFit. Lots of miles. This app has been great to challenge me and keep me fit as I want without the frustration of injury. Highly recommend not will push you if you allow it.
