Group the Loop

This is an amazing app! - super intuitive GUI - can add your fav Auv3 - ease of copy pasting -super responsive developer -ableton link integrates flawlessly with aum and Audiobus - labeling (with loopy you can get lost at time) -drums to keep you in groove and jam with your fav guitar amp

As far as I can tell this app is still the measuring stick for all other looping apps. Getting the timing down on the start and ending of loops is tricky but that can be solved by recording on any DAW h then editing and importing the loops one at a time. I use this app live where I couldn't with my Diditech Trio. If you want to be a one man band, this is a major tool in your toolbox.

There are other looping apps out there, but I wanted one that allowed you to change sections during a live performance. Jack delivered this, and so much more.He was also kind enough to provide me some online support. A swell guy with a great product! As a sidenote, there is a simple way to route out from your iPad or iPhone to a mixer for excellent live use. I just purchased this, regrettably. I’d read good things & the idea seems good. It doesn’t work as intended. I can’t import files by using Import buttons & dragging/dropping also doesn’t work. My 1 year old, fully updated ipad should have this running. iOS software is current. Useless and I will be requesting a refund ASAP.

When you go to select an AUv3 FX, nothing is in any discernible order. BLEASS Delay might 1/4 of the way down the list, while BLEASS Chorus might be down near the very bottom. Nothing is as alphabetical by plugin or developer. It makes searching for a specific eff3ct you have in mind unnecessarily burdensome.
