User Reviews and Ratings
★★★★★Outstanding rent to own app.
Thank you Grover!!! I couldn’t afford a set of AirPod Pros 2nd gen’s. I’m hard of hearing so these AirPods work far better as a hearing amplifier in crowded spaces. I’m on my 2nd set from them.
Hope Grover is able to be available again for American customers soon. Would really like to purchase another set of AirPods from you soon. Thank you soo much Grover.
★★☆☆☆Frustrating
When I put in my log in info the screen just goes to a blank white screen and the rest of it won’t show up no matter how long I wait
★★★★☆App is amazing with a weird bug/issue
I absolutely love your app! I managed to purchase the new iPhone 14, which was a much-needed upgrade from my extremely slow old phone. However, I encountered a peculiar issue a few times. I'm not sure if I accidentally pressed the wrong button, but it appears that the Grover app occasionally changes the language on its own. This can be quite frustrating, as I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to revert the language back to English, since I don't know how to change it back otherwise
★★★★★Amazing Customer Service
I had a medical emergency that caused my usual budgeting plan to go off track and made me miss a payment and I had to temporarily change my method of pay, a couple more scenarios happened where my payment method couldn’t go through, but Essence their customer service was with me every step of the way. Working with me to get caught up. I honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service.
★★★★★Great! Easy to use
Gotten products from here and never had issues. Keep it up guys
