I absolutely love this game, but it does freeze a lot, and rewards get smaller as you advance. You need coins for upgrading, but when I win levels, the rewards for coins get smaller. When I started, I could at least watch ads to double my coins, now I can only do that when I lose, and it's so small, it's not worth it.

I love this game so much, and I have the best time upgrading my hospitals and following along with the character’s lives. However, my game crashes ALL THE TIME. I thought it was my IPad, but all the other apps work. Please fix this so that it stops crashing!

I love this game and I play all the time and it’s so addictive but as the levels get harder, it’s like the only way you can actually win the levels is if you put more money and pay for more diamonds to actually beat the level. It just becomes costly and now once I get to a harder level, I’m more likely to abandon the game because I’ve spent so much money already, but I do love the game.

I love this game so much, i play it all of the time. I play it on my iPad 9 GEN but it’s glitching so incredibly bad. It’s so frustrating on my part but I would think it’s not my iPad because every other game works perfectly. Please let me know if there’s something I can do I order to improve my experience.
