Okay I actually can’t believe I paid 4$ for this game for my son, he’s 4 he loves games like this but 4$ for this? Okay wow I just wasted my money for boredom but amazing snd colorful scenes, let’s not get too deep but my son got bored immediately and I did too, yeah, just looking at it made me bored..

It's fun, engaging, clever and packed full of unique features. The fact that it's visually stunning doesn't hurt.
Hat Monkey is a terrifically expressive character who you'll instantly fall in love with. While features like texting Hat Monkey, feeding him bananas, and watching him dance will provide kids with hours of entertainment, its humor and sophistication will appeal to adults.

★★☆☆☆Not much for the money
NOT a "must have". That is clearly not from a consumer...my child (4) lost interest in about 10 minutes. Pretty repetitive and each scene is preceded by text...which he can't read...for a pay-for ap, really not worth it...You can only "find the monkey" in the same 3 places so many times before you lose interest.
The zoo one they make is much more entertaining for kids.

We're big fans of the other apps by Fox & Sheep but this one came off a bit more creepy. Most of the other apps have a lot of charm in the design and art direction but not this one.

I downloaded this app a long time ago and it has been a hit with my two year old son for months. He loves the hide and seek game, feeding the monkey bananas, and giving the monkey a high five. The whole time he has this app on, he just giggles nonstop. My only issues are: there is a bit of reading for a child under five so that they know what to do with each stage (this could easily be fixed by adding a VoiceOver option).
