Aside from practically ruining this game altogether now I can’t even play it because as soon as I open up the app it either gets stuck or closes itself down so I can’t play it even if I want to. It’s been like this now for several weeks, so like, are you guys ever going to fix it?

Is this game ever going to be fun again? We haven’t been able to build on the hotel for almost 2 years now. In the game that we can play only gives us one minute to get through it, which is not even almost enough. The only part that’s fun about this game anymore is when we get to go to the different countries and play like we used to play on the whole game and when we get to search scenes with the parrots and the dog. Other than that this game has really lost its luster.

This is my 3rd time downloading this Game. I was on a high level about 2yrs ago the game got frozen up on me it wasn’t letting me play @ all so deleted it. I put a lot of money & time into this game. Can y’all investigate so I can return to back the level I was on please with my coin and all 🙂
