Difficult to set up it likes to add a set where one was not asked for. (Ex. Asking for 3 sets will get you 4 sets. When your cool down arrives it doesn't seem able to include your cool down at the close of your last interval so instead of the requested 2 min cool down you will get a 3 min cool down instead, (if your interval cool down was one min. Also has no mechanism for recording your workouts if you don't want some social media involved. The count down at the end of each cycle is cool.

I like this timer for the fact that it looks simple and easy. There are no heavy graphics and the colors are fine on the eyes. Though there are no preset timers at first, it is given that you should set a workout timer for your own, which is okay. It also does not require too much learning for setting up the timer.

Straightforward. User-friendly. A pleasure to use. Makes doing high intensity interval training a snap. I alternate between using a rowing machine for the low intensity sessions and a trampoline for high intensity running. Works great.
