This app has helped me immensely. Very little is learned about the effects of hormones on our daily lives. I have been going to doctors and specialist worried about symptoms that, for the most part, I can see by charting my cycle with the app, are just normal. Being able to add notes makes it easy to notice how I get affected by hormonal change and helps me know what is normal for me.

The instructions are complicated but I finally got it. The emojis are not mood transparent and more need to be added for example, low energy, breast tenderness, teary, low energy etc. I like the day concept but this app feels ancient.
