I had a glitch when I got the game and it just wildest let me click of in the tatoreal and I clicked the continue button and nothing would happen it’s a good game so can you fix this for me devs

Anytime I try to spend money to buy something from the shop, the transaction goes through, but I don’t actually get anything and the “Please wait” sign doesn’t go away.

I can’t restore my purchase on No Ads. Bought it awhile back and deleted the game when I got a new phone. Now I can’t get the purchase restored.
