Keeps kicking me out and constantly removing my payment method

★★☆☆☆ Trying to make me pay for tolls that it’s telling me I have already paid?!

What sort of scam is this? On the first page, it’s telling me some of my tolls are already paid and some are pending. But notifications in the app are directing me to a different Pay-By-Plate page where it’s trying to make me pay for the total of all tolls, including the ones it says I have already paid! Pretty shady and ridiculous app behavior.
