This might have some potential to help you modify a blurry picture, but despite an abundance of instructions and acknowledgement of those instructions, any photo that I attempted to modify in any way resulted in the horrendously magnified pixelation.

The UI is a bit awkward and it would be nice if there were a simple manual or graphics to explain what each button does (for example the slider which I still haven’t figured out what operator in the Deblur function it is modifying). That said, with a little bit of experimenting and especially if you read about the physics of debluring you will see that this is a serious tool and follows the methodology and science of image debluring. For the lack of a proper tutorial and steep price I give it
