Needs bookmark to mark questions you missed; could benefit from imaging including pictures and the like. I hope the authors will continue to improve it...it's like the Medstudy flash card version for iPhone. With a few inprovements will be great!

The review is a very good way to test and remind yourself the management of diseases. I appreciate that the author used only those choices which are really in differential. I have bought other review apps. twice as expensive but did not like as much as I liked this one and number of questions are also three to four times more than other apps. Questions are clearly written and explanations do a good job reviewing the main concept behind the question. The bookmarking feature is very helpful as well. Easy way to review board material while waiting in line, working out, traveling, etc.
