Why is the game not working after the new update I uninstalled and reinstalled still not working

This game was a blast. Now with everything maxed out I can’t participate in training troops or anything. The game has been lagging and loosing its flair. People are going to stop playing this game. You need to update it and add new material.

I like the game and all don’t get me wrong but I just bought an Apple gift card so I can buy some of the packages in the game but low and behold it won’t let me use it. I have tried several times to use the Apple gift card and it wouldn’t work. Can someone tell me why it doesn’t work or why it doesn’t want to go through? I don’t mind spending money but since I can’t purchase anything with my Apple gift card I give it 3 stars instead of 5 stars.

Can you please do something about the inactive players? Over 50% of my server is inactive. I don’t want to have to keep creating new accounts on different servers to enjoy the game. Literally anything you could delete the accounts after 2 week-1 month or something. Or move everyone who is inactive for a while to the same server. I don’t know but get rid of them so new people can come. Please! Im begging you! I love the game but it is driving me crazy!!! 🙏🏻😭
