User Reviews and Ratings
★★★★★Great service
Gabby was very nice and helpful at the 12 South location in Nashville !
★★☆☆☆Chill with the marketing
Not a fan of the new system. I didn’t want to agree to receive marketing texts, so I can’t use the app anymore. The ice cream is delicious, but at the end of the day it’s just ice cream.
★★★☆☆Gamified Rewards V1
The concept is fun and interesting but needs some tweaking. There’s a disconnect between playing the word game and the next step of spinning the wheel and then receiving the prize/puzzle piece. I have to go find the next step instead of it being presented in the following screen.
Having multiple ways to earn rewards is cool. But the relationship between points, tiers and levels isn’t clear.
★★☆☆☆New Point System is Unfair for Celiacs/Allergies
I keep getting a “free waffle cone/puzzle pieces for a cone” which is completely useless for people with allergies. You guys do such a good job of accommodating flavor wise but now I have multiple purchases I scan the app for that are basically worth nothing. Bring back the old point system or let celiacs/allergies opt out of those prizes.
