Don’t worry I’m not body shaming to you but I think that sometimes we just need some workouts and maybe not eat a lot of junk food it’s just my opinion it’s OK do whatever you want with your body. OK don’t hurt yourself. OK don’t hurt yourself that’s the only thing I don’t like.
