I like that, it was definitely working my arms back and legs

Due to my disability, this app is not for me. I’ve tried “chair yoga” and other routines, but they have me up and down and on the floor. After trying to delete the app, data remains on my phone. It’s very frustrating!

Some of the poses are too difficult for me so I just modified them. I cannot do the plank pose at this time due to my weight.
