When I try to use the app it freezes so I have to go in and out of it a couple of times before it unfreezes so I can look at the weather for the week

This is my favorite go-to weather radar — until it stops working, which happens too often. I love the easy readability of this radar because I can quickly see what’s going on. But, much too often, it freezes up and won’t refresh, so I have to look at a similar radar from a TV station 150+ miles in a different direction!
