★★☆☆☆Unable to export videos
App crashed when trying to export videos so I contacted support. Response was to make sure I didn’t have any Live Photos in the app.
First of all, the impetus should not be placed on the consumer to do this. Second of all, it would be a ridiculous amount of work to try to troubleshoot this.
I give up and won’t be renewing my annual subscription. Disappointed that there isn’t a better fix for a paying customer.
★★☆☆☆Videos catch and don't upload cleanly
The videos catch within the second and make for an extremely jerky final product. eventually, the audio is ahead of the video and the video just stops. i've messaged support multiple times to no avail. go for a different one second per day app
